Culture And Or Tradition: Part 8


RAKYAT DIDAHULUKAN PENCAPAIAN DIUTAMAKAN. TV’s, radios and all mainstream media share the whole ideas throughout MALAYSIA.  It's a NATIONAL AGENDA. Impressive.  Absolutely impressive.  Yet in between, some quarters made their pocket money out of it.  It is just another scam to fix common peoples.    It is too much.  They are carried away and used to it.  Unfortunately most of common peoples are accepting such substandard practices.

If we referred to respective authority for clarifications, they’ll promptly respond that it's just a misunderstanding.  It is a common misunderstanding between peoples and authority.  Frankly speaking, it is a habbits.  They used to tell lies and pull other's legs for personal interests.
They are protecting each other’s.  In-fact they are protected.  Words doesn't carry any weight.  It up to us to decide when we have the chances.  To common people out there, make sure do not miss your chance to decide while you can.  It's time to transform.

It is acceptable if we across human error and or slips of the finger once.  If gap analysis showed their substandard practices due to incompetency then we've missed something’s in-between. Corrective action is a must.  Recurence must be stopped.  Accountability should be addressed accordingly.  Respective authority should play their roles to resolve such situation to build public confidences.  Never swept under the carpet as usually done.  Common people can't afford to take such challenges caused we are too busy to survive.  Theoretically speaking, most of common peoples are sick and tired of such practices.

PM introduced lists of programme intended to transform our beloved Malaysia.  If the attitude and or mentality some of those jokers are not changed, such programme wouldn't success.  We ought to have a big dream to transform but it will not happen for the next 20 years if the peoples that being entrusted are betraying us and our beloved MALAYSIA. 

I've heard people shares theirs nightmare when dealing with some of the government agency.  RISDA for instance came out with impressive slogan "RISDA EFEKTIF PEKEBUN KECIL PRODUKTIF".  Actual fact is just another gimmick to impress common peoples. RISDA Pontian took almost seven [7] months to notify us that no budget for our 2010 TSGL application that being approved on 5th. July 2010.  That notification was posted to us after such matters being referred to Mohd Zakaria Alang Ashari of Johor State Risda Office.  Such situation is reflecting RISDA effectiveness in managing our 2010 TSGL application.  It’s just go without saying that the similarly applied to Public Complaint Bureau for both in Johor State Office and Kuala Lumpur. They are particularly protecting each other’s.  That how the culture and or tradition being practice within the families.

I've strongly believed that there are a lot of common peoples out there experienced the same or even worst then us.  Yet they preferred to keep silent caused nobody bother to resolve the same.  Word of common peoples doesn't carry any weight.  They simply make a joke out of it.  Until this very hours and day we hear nothing from RISDA and PUBLIC COMPLAINT BUREAU.
