TIPU PUN TAK APA

Tentu saja semua yang ada diluar sana biasa mendengar ungkapan anak anak kecil ketika bermain.  "TIPULAH"  Kalau orang Melayu Singapura pula kata "BEDEKLAH".  Tapi kalau orang putih kata "BULL$*IT".  Namun orang Malaysia akan kata "TAK APA, BIASALAH".  Lebih pedih lagi bila orang kampung kata " TAK APA BUKAN REZEKI KITA".

In 2010 budget speech, we've observed Prime Minister Announcement of RM 2 billion allocations for agriculture.   It was quoted that "The Government is concerned with the plight of farmers and fishermen.  To safeguard their interest, the government will provide subsidies, incentives and assistance amounting to almost RM 2 billion".

There is something I would like to share with you all out there.  My very owned personal experience when dealing with so called agency which being entrusted to manage and or execute certain instructions concerning the public. Unfortunately those jokers are actually managing the agency just like their owned family business.  Nobody dare to question them.  They simply make a joke out of it.  They already had list of a very creative explanations to present if requested by the public.
