Culture and or Tradition: Part 2

As I've mention earlier, we shall protect our families and relatives accordingly.   That also applied to the so-called agencies.  It is a culture and or tradition.

For instance in my case, I've referred the whole event to federal agency when state agency doesn't performed.  I've submit online report through their official website.  Yet, it was denied.  They claimed that my case was closed and considered as rectified.

In actual situation, I've got nothing out of it.  Oops!  Sorry.  I've just forgot that I got their promise.  Just another promise.   One of the agency directors promised us to bring the related case to Chief Secretary Office [Ketua Setiausaha Negara] but as usual and even until today, there is nothing from them.  It just another promise which is very convincing and makes us feels comfortable.

In between I've referred to "Pusat Aduan Rakyat" to seek their assistance.  We shared the whole scenario.  En Suhaizan Kaiat has made an arrangement with the media to make a press statement.  The whole scenarios being shared with the press personnel.  Our intention is to put a stop to the related so-called agency for fixing people like us.  Ordinary people that can't do anything about it.  Thus the whole situation doesn't reflect their so-called vision, mission, policy and not even their so-called "Client Charter" that being posted in their official web site.

It is a total substandard which being practiced for years and became a culture and or tradition among them.  Yet, nobody care about it.  They're untouchable.  It is normal to fix ordinary people.  They are well protected and or may be covered by immunity.  Nothing to worry.  Just carry-on with the culture and or tradition.
Compentency, intergerity, work ethics and accountability are out of the topic.  They simply run the agency as family business.

I've also referred to MACC [Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission] Johor Bahru Office on 08:04:2011 @15:05:42 hrs. via telephone to get a clear picture on how we going to resolve the matters.  17 minutes 50 second tele-conversation with that very officer makes me feel much better.  For time being I just let times take the course.  Hopefully they are not going to fix other ordinary people again.  Small people like us can't effort to take such challenge.  We are too busy to survive.  May be other agencies can evaluate their individual performance against the so-called policy, vision, mission and even so-called client charter.  Justify for their existence.  Do they met the purpose or just for the sake of the organization chart?
