Culture and or Tradition: Part 1


There is something I would like to share with you all out there.  My very owned personal experience when dealing with so called agency which being entrusted to manage and or execute certain instructions concerning the public. Unfortunately those jokers are actually managing the agency just like their owned family business.  Nobody dare to question them.  They simply make a joke out of it.  They already had list of a very creative explanations to present if requested by the public.


It is a very refreshing experience when others treat you just like a fool and or as an absent-minded person.  Dealing with so called agency with no proper documentations and or correspondences.  Oops! Sorry it is a culture and or tradition. Just like "Pointing Finger to Others Culture" and please don't forget about their creative ideas and or explanations. On top of that please don't ever forget their promise and of course as usual, it just another promise after one to another.   It is a very convincing.  It shall make you feel secure and comfortable. Yet, at the end of the day, there is actually nothing.


If in a family, we shall protect each other’s.  The practice and or the culture also applied in the so-called agency.  They protect each other’s too.  So, if you're referring to other so-called agency and complaining about their brothers and or sisters you'll get nothing out of it.  In my case, I've referred and complaint to federal agency via their website portal when the state agency doesn't performed. Yet my complaint being denied. It is substandard.  Absolutely substandard.  That is my very personal experience.

When dealing with this so-called agency, I've missed a few things. i.e.: Policy and procedure doesn't reflect the actual situation. Started from their reception counter up to the head of department. Creative excuses, promises and or even pointing finger to others culture being cultivated within the family. They used to it.



They display creatively so called POLICY, VISION & MISSION on the wall just to impress others but the actual fact is totally substandard.  They claim that self-audit system was applied.  Yet most of my experiences when dealing with them are major non conformers. 
 [1] No briefing and or explanations for application procedure 
[2] Improper correspondences which against the flowchart manual
[3]  Client Charter doesn’t reflect their actual practice.

Competency is out of the topic.  Even the head of department carry out his/her daily task by assuming only.

The agency pamphlets and or website look so impressive and very convincing in general yet the actual practice is reversed and or history. They simply run the agency as their owned family business.  I've still recalled when one of the agency director that I dealt with told me in the meeting "Forget the history and don't KOREK KOREK" [try to  find the roots causes].  They simply treat me as an absent minded person. I even made a police report due to substandard practices in the related agency.  Yet after almost about 8000 hrs. of waiting, there are no respond and or correspondence from the related agency. They just ignored everything and even simply slept with it. Then, HOW.WHY, WHEN, WHERE and even WHO questions shall not be answered. Would you people out there please advice me?
